I was lucky to try this roaster at a craft vendor shop at a Farm this winter. Super nice people and passion for coffee - which I appreciate. Just because they are good people ---order from them.
Now the product - this is a super smooth, low acidity coffee. I grind it every morning lightly coarse and throw it in the Chemex for a beautiful cup of pour over. Is amazing at 205....I could drink this over and over again. Can't wait to try more of their offerings in bean form.
